St. Pats Rep

Hi everyone,

My name is Catherine Mc Conalogue and I'm the St. Pat's Rep for the coming academic year. I'm a second year Theology and Sociology student, and am from the hills of Donegal!

I'd first like to welcome and congratulate all the first year students and hope you are all settling in well. Maynooth as I'm sure you have already noticed is very friendly and has a good student buzz. Welcome back also to all the returning students!

As St Pat's Rep, I represent and am the voice of the St Pat's students in the students union. I do this by sitting on the executive committee with the NUIM student's union president, Henry, the vice-presidents and all the other officers. I am also here to help you with any issues, be they personal, academic or otherwise that might arise, there is always help at hand.

We have already started organising this years Theology Ball, which will be on Thursday the 13th of November in the Springfield Hotel, Leixlip. I hope to see you all at it. It promises to be a fun night, and one to remember. So don't miss it and remember, the Theology Ball is not only for St Pat's students, but also NUIM students and even friends from home are all welcome. Get your party shoes on!
