Student Travel Card
Student Travel cards entitle you to a student discount for rail and bus journeys. You can purchase one of these in the S.U. Office from 10-5 Just fill out a form and have your photo taken and you’ll get your card on the spot. Train tickets cost a fortune, but your mother keeps insisting you go home every weekend so she can do your laundry. Well lets knock a chunk of cost off of those tickets. Head over to the union offices and get yourself a student travelcard for just €15.
We’ll make it up for you on the spot.

Printing & Photocopying
The Students' Union provides the cheapest printing and photocopying on campus so don't forget to avail of such a service when you want to save a few euro here and there.

Binding
We bind documents either with the heat seal or the spiral bound. It's also the cheapest on campus.

S.U.Bar
We hold events in the S.U bar, it's a great place to socialise. Also there is food being served s9o no need to get hungry and it's reasonably riced too.

Speakeasy
The Speakeasy is our cafe here at the students' union they sell a range of sandwiches teas, coffees and in the juicee luciee you can get some smoothies.

S.U. Shop
You by food phone credit and also the NUI Maynooth merchandise you might see around the place.

SPOKE
As can be seen, the union does an awful lot, and there’s always an awful lot going on around the college, not to mention all the interesting things that happen outside of college. How is one supposed to keep up with all that? Why, The Spoke of course. The Spoke is the Students’ Union magazine. Choc full with news, info on events, what the clubs and socs are up to, what’s going on in the big bad world outside and also opinions and humour. The Spoke comes out every fortnight on Wednesdays. The Spoke is a large project and we’re constantly looking for more writers, photographers, cartoonists and editors, so if you have an interest in any of these areas, drop into Richard in the Union offices and sign up. It’s great fun and also a great way to kick start your carreer in journalism, if that’s your thing. This year we’ve even introduced a rewards scheme. So if you produce some great articles, pictures or cartoons, you could find yourself winning prizes!
